Minutes of the 11^th AGM of the Club held at the Bill Camm Pavilion on Thursday October 29^th 2009

1.  Apologies.   P Kelsall, A Slater, G Birley, I Birley, Mrs S Wheeldon, P Brunton, P Brown, Mr & Mrs R Brown, G Mason, S Hoskisson, N Anderson, R Clifford & V Brownett.

2.  Minutes of the 9th AGM were approved - no matters arising.

3.  Reports        a.  Management Committee report (written) was approved.                     

            b.         Treasurer’s Report was approved with thanks

             c.        Captains Reports. All captains gave reports that were approved with thanks. G Swain gave a report on the Youth Section that was approved

             d.        Club Welfare Officer. In the absence of Mrs S Wheeldon, the secretary gave a report on her behalf

4   Club’s Constitution  No amendments

5.  Subscriptions Treasurer submitted a revised Annual Subscription scheme that was approved by the meeting.

6.  Election of officers (all to serve on Management Committee);
